missingWrote a review on Nov 13helpful staffquick assistance
The front desk staff was quick to assist me and they even arranged a refund for the second night without any fuss. Also, I appreciated how they really listened to my concerns about the situation outside and tried to make me feel safe.
It sure wasn't inexpensive but I expected that for the area.

Clean rooms with comfy beds. A nice fridge. Traffic can be a hassle getting in and out. Close to a golf course too.

You can't beat San Jose's vibrant food scene! I dived into the scrumptious Pork Belly at a local haunt—so tender and full of flavor, it was a taste bud explosion! Plus, the staff at Quality Inn were super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Oh, and the pillows? Major comfort vibes!
) and the signal was wonky on the TV. It might be the room's vibe because last time, reception was stellar. Still, it didn’t overshadow the sweet moments.

I stayed in a Queen Room for one night. The bed comfort exceeded my expectations, and the staff was friendly. However, the strong traffic noise at night and limited breakfast options were less enjoyable. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.

The room was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave and refrigerator. I appreciated the generous supply of extra towels and fresh fruit available throughout the day.
However, there were signs of wear in the bathroom that could use attention.

The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the self-service waffle maker that adds a fun touch to the morning routine. Staff were very attentive, making the experience feel personal and welcoming.
The room decor felt somewhat outdated, which could affect the overall comfort.

missingWrote a review on Sept 05friendly staffgreat breakfast
Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed visiting the Computer History Museum and the Winchester Mystery House, both super close to the hotel. The breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and made our stay even better. Perfect spot for fun activities and relaxing after a long day.
The only downside was that the street-side rooms were a bit noisy due to traffic, but it didn't ruin our experience.

The room had a comfortable layout with all essential appliances. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh fruit bowl stocked throughout the day.
Some noise from the nearby freeway could be heard at night.

missingWrote a review on Aug 14clean roommodern amenitiesmusty smell
Cleanliness stood out in the King Room I stayed in, with modern amenities sprinkled throughout. The flat-screen TV offered a decent variety of channels, and the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping the room refreshingly cool.
However, the experience was marred by a persistent musty smell in the room that hinted at stale air circulation, which was a bit uncomfortable. The parking area filled up quickly, especially on weekends, potentially leaving guests scrambling for space. Additionally, the breakfast options didn't quite hit the mark. only instant coffee was available, and other food items left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Aug 02comfortable bedaudible noiselack of counter space
The stay included a clean room and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. However, the room was somewhat cramped for a family. Some noise from neighboring guests was audible, impacting the overall comfort. While the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, with tasty options like scrambled eggs and waffles, the bathroom lacked counter space, making it inconvenient for toiletries.
